摘要
髓系细胞触发受体-1是新近发现的与炎症相关的免疫球蛋白超家族成员之一,其表达于中性粒细胞、成熟的单核细胞、巨噬细胞表面。多种细菌性成分能使细胞表面的髓系细胞触发受体-1表达增加,后者与Toll样受体协同作用,激发炎症因子的产生。最新的研究发现,感染过程中一种可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1可释放进入体液,在呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的肺泡灌洗液中可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1显著增高,有望成为呼吸机相关性肺炎早期诊断的特异性生物指标。
The triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 (TREM-1)is one of recently identified immunoglobulin superfamily members involved in the inflammatory response. It expresses on the surface of neutrophils, mature monocytes and macrophages. Many microbial components can amplify TREM-1 on the surface of the ceils which attaches the cooperative function to the toll like receptors,and stimulates the production of inflammatory factors. Studies have found that soluble TREM-1 can release into body fluid during the process of infection. The soluble TREM-1 significantly increases in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia. It is hoped to be a specific biomarker in the early diagnosis of ventilator-associated pneumonia.
