烟草花叶病毒两株系的生物学和寄主病生理的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用烟草花叶病毒普通株系(TMV-om)和来自新疆辣椒上的TMV黄白卷叶株系(TMV-wyr)进行了比较研究。结果表明:两株系除引起辣椒和三生烟症状不同外,亦导致其他性状上的差异。TMV-wyr的致死温度为60~70℃,稀释限点10-4~10-5;辣椒病组织中产生大量病毒粒子的聚集体、网膜结构和分散的病毒粒子,叶绿体呈筒状;粒体大小为258×16nm,TMV-om在辣椒病组织中只形成病毒粒子聚集体,叶绿体呈球状。辣椒酶谱分析表明:TMV-om接种株POD同工酶的活性(3条深色带)显著大于TMV-wyr接种株(1条深色带)。由此我们认为这些生物学性质和病生理差异可作为区分TMV-wyr和TMV-om的诊断指标。 White yellow,roll leaf strain of tobacco mosaic virus(TMV wyr)from pepper in Xinjiang was compared with common strain of TWV(TWV om) The results showed that there are diferences of some characteristics between two strains besides different symptoms on pepper(Sipingto)and samsun tobacco Thermal inactivation point(TIP)of TMY wyr is 65 ̄70℃,dilution end point(DEP)10 - 4 ̄10 - 5 Pepper tissues infected with TMV wyr contain a lot of aggregates of viral particles,net membraneous structures and the scattered viral particles Chloroplasts become a tube shaped Its viral particles are about 258×16nm in size However,Aggregates of viral particles were found in ultrathin sections of infected pepper tissues with TMV om and chloroplasts of its host become spherically shaped Pepper zymogram analysis showed that activity of peroxidase in inoculated plants with TMV om(three dark bands)is much stronger than TMV wyr The authors considered that these differences of biology and pathophysiology of host could be used as diagostic index differenting from TMV wyr and TMV om
