透明带结构与受精结局的关系分析 被引量:8

摘要 透明带(ZP)是自初级卵泡早期阶段,由卵子和颗粒细胞共同分泌形成,由4种糖蛋白(ZP1、ZP2、ZP3、ZP4)交联形成的具有双折射性的三维网状结构。ZP糖蛋白在与精子识别及结合过程中起着重要的作用,精子进入质膜后激活卵,触发皮质颗粒释放,改变ZP结构,引起ZP反应从而阻滞多精子进入,保证单精子受精。以往对ZP的研究多采用荧光标记或染色等外侵性手段,
