骨桥蛋白是一种分泌型磷酸化糖蛋白,广泛存在于人体的组织及体液中,具有多种生物学功能,与肿瘤的生长、增殖、侵袭和转移密切相关,被认为是一种新的肿瘤标志物。近年来越来越多的研究表明骨桥蛋白在妇科肿瘤中的功能和作用。本文概述了骨桥蛋白的生物学特性及其在妇科肿瘤转移中的机制,阐述近年骨桥蛋白与妇科肿瘤相关性的研究及其在妇科肿瘤的早期诊断、疗效评价和预后监测的临床意义。

Osteopontin （OPN） is a secreted phosphorylated glycoprotein that widely exists in human organs and body fluids, with a wide range of biological functions. It is closely related to tumor growth, proliferation, invasion and metastasis, and considered to be a new tumor marker. In recent years, a growing number of studies suggested the function and role of OPN in the gynecologic oncology. This article provides an overview of the biological characteristics of OPN, the studies on the relevance of OPN and gynecological tumors, and its significance in the early diagnosis, evaluation of the therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of gynecologic tumors.
