运动员性别鉴定经过了从最初的体格检查到染色体、基因、激素水平检测的过程,与性发育相关的认识仍在不断进步中,任何一项检查都不是唯一的金标准。我们认为应该综合体格检查、染色体、激素多因素综合考虑,给运动员更公平,更人性化的评判。

Physical inspection, chromosome abnormality, gene and sex hormone- testosterone level are confirmed in different athletic gender verifications. But there is no golden-standard for sex discrimination. We should consider all these factors in coming to draw a more fair, humanistic and scientific conclusion.
