62 cases of congenital malformation of digestive tract misdiagnosis

目的:探讨新生儿先天性消化道畸形误诊原因。方法:查阅2006年1月～2009年6月,收治的新生儿先天性消化道畸形病例,进行统计及回顾性分析。结果:156例新生儿先天性消化道畸形病例,其中62例被误诊,先天性消化道畸形表现形式多样,认识不足,检查不完善,易导致误诊。结论:新生儿先天性消化道畸形易导致误诊,应结合临床表现,及时做相应检查,明确诊断,及时治疗。

Objective：To investigate the causes on misdiagnosis of neonatal congenital malformation of digestive tract.Methods：Inspection of the January 2006~June 2009,admitted to the digestive tract of newborns with congenital malformations,statistical analysis and review.Results：156 cases of neonatal congenital digestive tract malformations,of which 62 cases were misdiagnosed,many forms of congenital malformation of digestive tract,lack of knowledge,check imperfect,leading to misdiagnosis.Conclusion：Congenital malformation of digestive tract easily lead to misdiagnosis,should be combined with clinical presentation,time to do the appropriate examination,diagnosis,timely treatment.
