麻醉后留置尿管患者苏醒期尿道刺激症状的护理观察

Nursing observation on the urethral stimulation symptom of patients undergoing indwelling catheter after anesthesia during the postoperative recovery

目的:探讨麻醉后留置尿管对患者苏醒期尿道刺激症状的临床效果。方法:通过对我院的患者100例随机分组:对照组、观察组各50例,比较两组患者的尿道刺激症状。结果:麻醉苏醒期患者尿道刺激反应程度对照组小于观察组。经统计学比较P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:术前访视及麻醉诱导前对患者进行心理护理后导尿可降低麻醉苏醒时的尿道刺激症状。

Objective：To investigate the effection of nursing intervention on the urethral stimulation symptom of patients undergoing indwelling catheter after anesthesia.Methods：One hundred patients with urinary catheterization after anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups： the comparison group（n=50） and observation group（n=50）.The urethral stimulation symptom of patients in the two groups were compared.Results：There were significant differences on the urethral stimulation symptom of patients between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Intensive nursing psychology before anesthesia can improve the indwelling catheter tolerance of patients during the post operative recovery.
