Graves病伴高钙血症一例 被引量：4

摘要 患者女，69岁。以“心悸、多汗、腹泻7年，恶心、呕吐2个月，加重1d”于2009年2月12日来我院就诊并收入院。患者7年前诊为“甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢）”，间断口服丙基硫氧嘧啶，病情迁延不愈。3个月前行放射性131I治疗，2个月前心悸、胸闷、气短，恶心、呕吐，消瘦明显，体重下降约5kg；血游离三碘甲腺原氨酸（FT3）42．85pmol／L，
