Research progress on chronic hypopituitarism following traumatic brain injury

摘要 近年来,创伤性脑外伤后垂体功能减退的发生率呈明显上升趋势。目前临床上尚未对脑外伤患者开展常规性的神经内分泌系统检查,致使许多患者未能得到及时的诊断和治疗。文章就近年来创伤性脑外伤后垂体功能减退的发病情况、发病机制和临床诊断的研究进展进行综述。 In recent years, the prevalence of hypopituitarism following traumatic brain injury has been significantly increasing. Up till now, routine neuroendocrine assessments have not been conducted for patients with traumatic brain injury in common clinical practice, and a lot of patients have not been treated in time. The research progress of prevalence, pathogenesis and diagnosis methods of hypopituitarism following traumatic brain injury in recent years is reviewed in this paper.
