影响新疆生产建设兵团建筑业总产值的相关因素的分析

Analysis of Affecting Factors of the Output of Construction Industry of Production and Construction Corps Xinjiang

根据１９９６年《新疆生产建设兵团统计年鉴》有关建筑业的统计资料，利用线性回归方法，对影响兵团建筑业总产值的因素进行了分析。结果表明，主要的影响因素为：职工年平均人数、技术装备率和劳动生产率，而劳动生产率是影响总产值的最主要的影响因素，同时，要提高兵团建筑业总产值，其技术装备率也有待于提高。

Using the linear regression method,the statistical data of construction industry of statistical yearbook of production and construction corps Xinjiang,1996,were analysed.The result shows that the primary factors which effect the output of construction industry of production and construction corps are the annual arerage numgbers of workers,the rate of technical equipment and the rate of production.The rate of production is the most important factor,while the rate of technical equipment need to be further improved.
