胰腺实性假乳头状肿瘤40例诊治分析 被引量：5

摘要 胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（solid-pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas，SPTP）是一种较少见的胰腺肿瘤，由Frantz于1959年首次报道，占胰腺原发肿瘤的0．13％-2．70％，多见于年轻女性。根据其病理形态，国内外文献曾使用了多种名称，如实性乳头状上皮瘤、囊实性上皮瘤、乳头状囊性肿瘤和囊实性乳头状腺泡细胞瘤等。
