氧化低密度脂蛋白在血管成形术后再狭窄发生机制中作用的实验研究

摘要
动脉粥样硬化闭塞症(atherosclerosis obliterans,ASO)病变基础上血管成形术后再狭窄发生机制的研究一直是血管外科领域研究的热点。氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxidized low density lipoprotein,oxLDL)在ASO发生发展中起重要作用,它主要通过促进血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cells,VSMCs)的增殖和移行,导致动脉狭窄或闭塞。
