髋关节表面置换存在的问题及展望 被引量：1

摘要 髋关节表面置换现今已成为关节外科领域中最受关注的技术之一。髋关节表面置换术保留了股骨颈，更有效地重建了股骨近端解剖结构，使应力分布更符合生理方式，并使术后关节活动度更接近正常水平，本体感觉更为满意。同时髋关节表面置换术保留较多骨质，便于在失败的情况下进行翻修。
