孤独症脑的神经形态变化与神经免疫异常 被引量:4

摘要 孤独症或自闭症(Autism),自1943年Kanner首次报道并命名以来,逐步被确定为一种广泛发育障碍性疾病。孤独症的发病率,过去认为约为儿童人口的2~5/万人,男女比例为3~4:1。但近年来报道的发病率明显升高。患儿通常于2~3岁时被发现与同龄健康儿不同,表现为独自玩耍,不善交际;难以进行言语及非言语性交流;兴趣局限;行为刻板单调。孤独症的病因不明,缺乏有效的治疗方法,大多数患儿预后较差。
