摘要
对比分析了目前连续油管现场管-管对接焊的几种焊接方法,研究认为采用全位置自动TIG焊可满足现场连续油管的焊接要求,并能获得质量可靠、性能稳定的焊接接头,解决了现场连续油管的损坏修复等问题。
The several welding methods of coiled tubing tube butt joints welding was analysed,the results show that full circumference automatic TIG welding can meet the requirements of field welding,and obtain series of perfect CT welded joints with good joint quality,stable property,and solve job-field damage and repair of coiled tubing and other issues.
