Thermo-mechanical Coupled Simulation on Laser Welding of Automotive Aluminum Alloy Plate and Its Verification

摘要 应用Prandtl-Ruess流动法则理论,建立热力耦合的理论模型,采用ANSYS有限元软件对汽车车身结构中铝合金薄板的激光焊接进行热力耦合分析,最后对模拟结果进行验证,从而说明仿真的正确性。 Using Prandtl-Ruess flow rule theory,the theoretical model of thermal-mechanical coupling was constructed.Using ANSYS finite element software,thermo-mechanical coupling analysis was accomplished for laser welding of aluminum alloy sheets in automotive body structure.Finally,the simulation results were validated.
