摘要
设计了焊接电弧动态参数的检测系统,对CO2焊短路过渡中的电弧电压及焊接电流进行实时采集,使用Matlab软件统计分析电弧能量。在不同焊接速度下,对CO2焊的各个过渡阶段的电弧特性进行分析,研究电弧能量与熔滴过渡稳定性之间的关系。试验结果表明,通过对短路过渡过程中各个不同阶段的输入能量的控制,可提高焊接过程的稳定性,实现CO2焊的高速化。
The detection system of arc dynamic parameters was developed for real-time acquisition of the arc voltage and welding current in short-circuit transfer of CO2 arc welding, and Matlab software was used to analyze the arc energy. The relation between the arc energy and the stability of metal transfer was studied by analyzing the arc characteristics in each period of the short-transfer at different welding speeds. The results show that the welding stability can be improved by controlling the input energy in each period to achieve high-speed CO2 arc welding.
