摘要
破碎机锤头和锤柄分别采用高铬铸铁和碳钢两种不同材质。对复合锤头的不同生产工艺进行了对比分析,在此基础上,提出了不同材质的锤头(高铬铸铁)和锤柄(结构钢)的两种生产工艺,即用电炉熔炼两种材质,液-固、液-液复合,砂型或消失模铸造,通过热处理进一步提高性能。生产实践表明,此工艺可以稳定生产出头、柄结合牢固、成品率高、耐磨性好的破碎机双金属复合锤头。
The crusher's ram and its handle are in two different materials of high Cr cast iron and low carbon steel respectively. Based on analysis of present composite casting technique, two procedures havebeen put forward i.e. to melt high Or cast iron and low carbon steel in different induction furnaces, composite casting processes are taken in two ways that are the casting is composite cast by liquid-solid or liquid-liquid ways and cast in sand mold or lost foam processes. The properties of castings can further improved by heat treatment. It is evident that composite cast rams by this procedure are stable in production with high rate of qualification and good combination between ram and its handle with excellent ware resistant properties.
