摘要
运用流体软件FLUENT对采用机械搅拌法制备玻璃/铝基废弃物复合材料的搅拌流场进行模拟,采用MRF动参考系模型和标准k-ε模型,在稳态条件下模拟了正交组合轴流搅拌桨在不同离底高度、不同层间距和不同直径产生的流场。分析各种参数条件下搅拌槽宏观速度场、轴向速度和径向速度的分布。结果表明,搅拌桨离底高度h=50mm,搅拌桨层间距l=65mm,搅拌桨直径d=110mm,搅拌槽流场有利于流体的搅拌混合。
The professional software FLUENT was used to simulate the flow field of stirring tank in which waste glass/aluminum metal composites were prepared using mechanical stirring technology. Multiple reference frame (MRF) and standard k-ε model were adopted. The flow field generated by combination of axial stirring paddles on the condition of different distance to the bottom, different distance between impellers and different diameters was simulated under the steady state. The mixer crucible's macroscopy velocity, axial velocity and radial velocity were analyzed. The results show that, when the distance to the bottom h is 50 mm, the distance between impeller l is 65 mm, the diameter of impeller d is 110 mm, the stirring tank is better to mix.
