摘要
对铸态和热处理态下的钨丝增强灰口铸铁基复合材料进行研究,用扫描电镜、X衍射分析、微观硬度和干式销盘磨损测试等手段对复合区微观组织结构及相组成进行观察及分析。结果表明,在1150℃时,将铸态复合试样进一步热处理,可原位合成WC颗粒增强铁基复合材料,并随着热处理时间的延长,反应继续深入;钨丝和灰口铸铁中的石墨相原位合成WC颗粒,复合区硬度较基体有显著提高;相对于铸铁标准试样,复合材料的耐磨性有很大提高。
Gray cast iron matrix composites reinforced by tungsten wires were researched on as-cast and heat treatment conditions. The morphology and properties of the composites were observed and investigated by means of SEM, XRD, EDS, micro-hardness test and pin-on-disc wear tester in dry air. The results indicate that, tungsten wires placed in iron matrix could react with C and then form WC phases at 1150 ℃, and with the increase of heat treatment time, the reaction continues. The microhardness of the composite is higher than that of the matrix. The wear resistance of the composite is better than that of the matrix.
