摘要 幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)是一种高度变异的细菌,其多态性在各种实验中得到证实,且多态性的分布无论从时间和空间上都存在显著的差异。不仅不同来源菌株基因组间存在显著差异,在同一个体感染者中,也存在多重感染的现象。探讨Hp基因组多态性的机制及其与不同疾病表型的关系逐渐成为新的研究热点,这些研究将为防治Hp提供重要的线索。文中在以往重组变异机制的基础上对分子水平的发生机制进行了更深入细致的讨论。 As bacteria with high mutate potential, the diversity of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) has been confirmed by multiple researches, and significant differences on the dissemination of variation in time and space were observed. Not only were the genomes from different strains altered, but also infection with several strains can be found on an individual patient. Approaches to the mechanism of diversity and its relationship with different phenotypes is gradually seizing great attention, results from these researches may provide important clue for the prevention and treatment of Hp. The current text may provide an in-depth discussion on the molecular mechanism based on previous understanding of recombinant mutation mechanism.
