摘要 调节性T细胞(regalatorg Tcell,Treg)是体内一类具有免疫调节功能的特殊T细胞群,根据其产生和表型分为不同的亚群,与系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)的发生和进展密切相关。文中对不同Treg亚群的特征、作用及其与SLE发病机制的关系做一综述。 Regulatory T cells are a special class of T cells with an immunoregulatory function in vivo. Based on their cytogenesis and phenotypes, regulatory T cells are divided into different subsets. And they are closely related to the development and progression of systemic lupus erythematosus. This review outlines the characteristics and functions of different subsets of regulatory T cells, and their role in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus.
