摘要 目的:应用彩色多普勒超声的方法评价不同海拔高度的血管内皮功能。方法:根据海拔高度不同,将716例分为A组(405例,1 500-2 900 m)及B组(311例,3000-3 800 m)。采用探头频率为7-12 MHz的便携式彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,在肱动脉反应性充血前后,分别检测其动脉内径、血流速度、血流量、阻力指数(RI)、心率及血流介导血管舒张百分数(FMD)。结果:二组间肱动脉检测数据存在较大差异。与A组相比,B组在反应性充血后,血管内径变窄,血流量减少,FMD降低。两组间海拔高度与FMD之间存在明显相关性(r=0.11,P〈0.01)。结论:不同海拔高度影响血管内皮功能,尤其在高海拔低氧环境下,这可能与高原心血管疾病的发生有关。 Objective: To evaluate the endothelium function of blood vessels with color Doppler ultrasound at different high altitude.Methods: A total of 716 individuals were divided into two groups: group A(n=405,at altitude of 1 500-2 900 m) and group B(n=311,at altitude of 3 000-3 800 m).Before and after reactive hyperemia,the internal diameter,speed of blood flow,volume of blood flow,index of vascular resistance(RI),heart rate and flow-mediated dilation(FMD) of brachial artery were detected by the portable color Doppler ultrasound with the frequency of 7-12 mHz.Results: The observed data were significantly different between the two groups.Compared with group A,the narrowing of internal diameter,reduction of blood flow volume and decrease of FMD were observed after reactive hyperemia in group B.There was a significant correlation between the altitude and FMD(r=0.11,P〈0.01).Conclusion: The endothelium function of blood vessels is influenced by different altitude,especially in hypoxia environment at high altitude,which may be related with incidence of cardiovascular diseases.
