摘要
目的改进血管重建,简化手术操作,建立稳定的大鼠原位小肠移植模型。方法三袖套法行血管重建:供体肠系膜上动脉所带腹主动脉与受体腹主动脉分段由Cuff套管袖套吻合,供体门静脉与受体左肾静脉由Cuff套管袖套吻合。结果共进行移植30例,成功27例,手术成功率90%。供体手术平均耗时(42±5)min,供肠修整耗时(3±1)min,受体手术耗时(65±10)min,热缺血0 min,冷缺血(32±3)min,三次套管共耗时(10±1)min,总手术耗时(160±10)min。结论严格保护供肠与应用三袖套法重建血管,有助于快捷地建立简便稳定、成功率高、并发症少的大鼠节段性原位小肠移植模型。
Objective To improve the vascular reconstruction technique,simplify the surgery process and establish a stable animal model for small bowel transplantation(SBT) in rats.Methods Reconstruction of vessels with tri-cuff technique: Abdominal aorta of the donor attached to the graft was anastomosed to the abdominal aorta of the recipient with two Cuffs separately;the hepatic portal vein of the donor attached to the graft was anastomosed to the left renal vein with a Cuff.Results There were 30 cases of transplantation,27 of which succeeded with a success rate of 90.0%.The average time of donor operation was(42±5)min,the time for graft chipping was(3±1)min,the time of recipient operation was(65±10)min,the average warm ischemia time was 0min,the average cold ischemia time was(32±3)min,the total time for three times of Cuff anastomosis was(10±1)min,and the total operation time was(160±10)min.Conclusion It is helpful to establish a simple and stable model for SBT in rats by protecting graft intestine strictly and using the tri-Cuff technique,with a higher success rate and fewer complications.
