探讨^(99)Tc-MDP对青春期兔骨骼的影响

摘要 目的探讨99Tc-MDP短期使用对青春期新西兰兔骨骼生长的影响。方法选用11周的新西兰实验兔30只,分为5组,每组6只。A组为原始对照组,B、C为对照组,D、E两组给予99Tc-MDP静脉注射,每周1次,剂量为1mg/kg/5ml。D组于用药4周后与B组进行股骨X线摄片,对右侧股骨远端干骺端骺软骨线的宽度及相应部位的病理切片中软骨细胞的变化进行比较。将两组的兔子处死后进行胫骨和股骨长度的测量,并进行比较,以及血清BAP的对比。E组于用药后8周和C组进行与D组、B组相同的检测,同时与A组原始兔进行对比。结果D、E组股骨远端干骺端骺软骨线X线摄片较B、C对照组增粗,病理上D、E组骺软骨增殖区较B、C对照组明显增宽,而且细胞数量明显增多,分化相对活跃。实验组和对照组兔胫骨、股骨的长度,以及血清BAP存在一些差异。结论99Tc-MDP对于处于青春期的兔的骨骼生长可能存在一定的影响,但由于实验尚存在不足之处,需在今后的实验研究中进一步完善。 Objective To discuss the effect of short term usage of ^99Tc-MDP(Yunke)to skeletal growth in the adolescent rabbits. Methods 30 11-week-old New Zealand experimental rabbits were divided into 5 groups. Each group had 6 rabbits. Group A was original group, Group B, C were compared group. ^99Tc-MDP was injected into rabbits in D and E group intravenously ( 1 mg/kg/5 ml) once a week. All rabbits were taken X rays shot in D and B group after 4 weeks, and in E and C group after 8 weeks. The width of the right femur distant end epiphysial cartilage line were compared, and the pathological changes of cartilage cells in the section of the corresponding area were also compared. All parameters in each group were compared to group A. The each group of rabbits to the tibia and femur length measurements, and compare, and serum BAP contrast. Results The epiphysial cartilage line in D,E group were wider than B,C group. The epiphysial cartilage in proliferation region in D, E group rabbits were thicker than that in B, C group; The cell amount in D, E group rabbits were more than B, C group rabbits. Cells differentiation were more active in D, E group rabbits than in B, C group. The experimental group and control group tibia, femur length, and serum BAP, there are some differences. Conclusion The Isotope Medicine ^99Tc-MDP (Yunke) may have effect on skeletal growth of the adolescent rabbits. However, some pitfalls may exist in this study, and need to be improved in the future.
