摘要
将计算机技术与摩擦焊相结合,可以快速确定焊接工艺参数、评估焊接接头是否合格。针对石油钢管连续驱动摩擦焊,文中以VC++和SQL server 2000作为开发工具,采用模块化设计,基于面向对象的设计方法开发了石油钢管摩擦焊接专家系统,系统包括焊接工艺参数选择系统和焊接工艺评估系统,由人机交互界面、数据库管理系统以及智能查询与推理计算三个模块组成,可以根据钢管的材质和尺寸以及摩擦焊设备规格自动选择工艺参数和对接头进行工艺评估两大功能。文中的研究在某石油机械厂石油钻杆的摩擦焊中得到了应用,有效缩短了确定焊接参数的周期、降低了焊接工艺制定的成本、基本实现了石油钢管摩擦焊的智能化。
The combination of computer technology and friction welding technology can quickly determine the welding parameters and evaluate the welded joint. For the friction welding of oil steel pipe,the expert system was developed based on modular design and object oriented design method with VC++ and SQL Sever 2000. The expert system included the welding parameters selection system and welding process evaluation system, which were composed of man-machine interface module, database management system module and intelligent query, and reasoning computation module. The system can automatically determine the friction welding parameters and evaluate the welded joint according to the material and size of the oil steel pipe and friction welding equipment. The developed friction welding system has been applied in one of oil machinery factory, which saves time and reduces cost to determine the friction welding parameters for oil steel pipe as well as realizes its intelligent friction welding
