摘要 目的:了解韶关地区低档娱乐场所女性性工作者对STD/AIDS及相关知识的知晓情况。方法:利用广东省统一定制的问卷调查表对娱乐场所的女性性工作者进行问卷调查并分析。结果:被调查的465名女性性工作者中66.5%为初中文化,58.3%未婚,对STD/AIDS相关知识知晓率普遍低下,安全套正确使用率低,自觉不适时到正规医院就医者仅占36.77%。结论:低档娱乐场所中女性性工作者对性病病征、危害性及正确预防艾滋病的知识知晓率低,安全套使用正确率不高,自觉不适时绝大多数不能规范求医,是STD/AIDS传播的极高危人群,加强对此类人群的干预势在必行。 Objective:To investigate and analyze the related to STD/AIDS among female sex workers working knowledge, awareness and risk behavior in low-class entertainment venues in Shaoguan city. Methods:Female sex workers working in low-class entertainment venues were choosen to finish a unanimous questionnaire designed by Guangdong provincial office. Information was collected and then analyzed. Results : Of the 465 female sex workers, 66.5% with a background of junior high school education and 58.3% were single. Grasp of knowledge on STD/AIDS and practice of condom use was at a very low level. When sex-related symptoms were present, only 36. 77% of them went to hospital to seek medical help. Conclusion: Grasp of knowledge of STD- symptoms, harmful outcomes and correct preventive methods among female sex workers investigated were at a very low level. Correct condom use was also unsatisfactory. When sex-related symptoms were present, only 36.77% of them went to hospital to seek medical help. The targeted population are at high risk of transmitting STD/AIDS. It is necessary to strengthen intervention strategies to better control the unregulated sex trade.
