沙眼衣原体Omp1变异性与致病性的研究进展

摘要 沙眼衣原体是沙眼和非淋菌性尿道炎的最主要病原体之一。而沙眼衣原体感染的临床过程差异性较大,人们认为这与个体差异或型别有关。omp1基因编码主要外膜蛋白,是研究沙眼衣原体最重要的靶基因,omp1基因的变异性可引起沙眼衣原体致病性的改变,因此研究omp1变异性对沙眼衣原体的致病性具有重要的意义。
