摘要
玩具企业缺乏自主知识产权的品牌,行业呼唤创新设计能力。玩具专业人才高等教育规模小,社会认同度不高,行业创新机制不灵活,造成专业人才创新设计能力欠缺。要变我国玩具出产大国为玩具设计大国,必须培养造就高水平的玩具设计人才。
Toy company is lack of Independent intellectual property brand, industry calls for innovation and design capabilities. And industry is lack of professional designers, social identity is no high, industry innovation mechanism is not flexible and professional designers are lack of ability of innovation and design.
