建筑抗震检测鉴定及加固的现状与展望

我国的建筑抗震的技术规范经历了几个不同时期的修改,抗震性能要求发生了很大的变化。通过建国以来几次大的地震对建筑物的破坏程度,说明了对建筑进行抗震检测鉴定的必要性和紧迫性,并概述了建筑物抗震加固的现状。通过某地下室结构加固工程的工程实例说明了加固的方法。

The code for the seismic design of buildings resist which compiled by our country has been revised for several times. So that the requirement of the earthquake resistant for building has a great change. Come through time and again the heavy earthquake has made destroy degree for buildings in our country, so that to say the very necessary and pressing work for us is to write out a study about the check and authentication for the anti-seismic of building. This study summarize the present situation of anti-seismic ＆ reinforcement for building through an example of the structure reinforcement project of certain basement to explain the way of reinforcement.
