摘要
在明确评估指标构建原则的基础上,采用专家法(德尔菲法)和层次分析法(AHP法),从培训资源、培训管理、培训教学和培训效果四个维度切入,确定各评估指标及其权重,初步构建药剂专业中职师资培训质量评估指标体系,为药剂专业中职师资培训效果提供评价的参考依据。
Based on the principles of constructing a clear evaluation index, this paper uses the expert method (Delphi method) and the AHP (AHP method) to discuss the assessment system from four aspects of including the training resources, training management, training teaching and training effect. By determining the assessment indica- tors and their weight, the authors initially build the system of quality evaluation index for pharmaeeutics professional teachers at secondary vocational schools,which provides a reference evaluation for teacher training of pharmaeeutics professional teachers at secondary vocational schools.
