摘要
由于SrBT(SrBi4Ti4O15)掺杂改良后具有较强的抗疲劳性和导热性能,故本文利用光热偏转技术,并结合XRD,TEM等分析手段,研究该材料在不同掺杂情况下的热学性能。研究结果表明,适量镧系镧、铈、钕三种稀土元素的掺杂,有助于抑制SrBi4Ti4O15材料中的氧空位,提高材料的a向择优取向度,有助于改善材料的热扩散率,提高材料的性能等。SrBT掺杂的最佳配方分别为SrBi3.8La0.2Ti4O15,SrBi3.8Ce0.2Ti4O15,SrBi3.8Nd0.2Ti4O15。
The doped SrBT (SrBi4Ti4O15) has strong fatigue resistance and thermal conductivity. In this paper, the thermal property of these materials is studied with different doping based on photo - thermal deflection, XRD and TEM. The results show that the doping of lanthanum, cerium or neodymium helps to restrain the oxygen vacancy of SrBi4Ti4O15, which does some work for the preferential orientation, the thermal diffusivity and the material's properties. The best formula of SrBT is SrBi3.8La0.2Ti4O15, SrBi3.8Ce0.2Ti4O15 and SrBi3.8 Ndo. 2 Ti4O15.
