摘要
研究了碘酸钾对2024铝合金表面化学镀Ni-P合金层沉积速度的影响,对镀层的表面形貌进行了观察。结果表明,碘酸钾提高了Ni-P镀层的沉积速度,且当镀液中碘酸钾含量为20 mg/L时,沉积速度达到最大值。Ni-P镀层由胞状物组成,碘酸钾使胞状物变得更加细小,胞状物间结合得更加致密、均匀,进一步提高了Ni-P镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性。
The effect of KIO3 on the deposition rate of electroless Ni-P coating on 2024 aluminum alloy was investigated,and the surface morphology was observed.The experimental results showed that KIO_3 could accelerate the deposition rate of Ni-P coating on aluminum alloy,and when the concentration of KIO3 in the bath was 20 mg/L, the deposition rate was the highest.Due to the KIO3 addition in the bath,the electroless Ni-P coating was composed of celluar structure,and the celluar structure became smaller and more compact,and the Ni-P surface morphology was more uniform,leading to a better corrosion resistance in 3.5%NaCl solution.
