Study on Innovation Mechanism of Class-member Organization Construction in Higher School

随着我国经济、教育体制改革的不断深化,高校基层团组织建设出现了一些弱化现象:团员意识淡薄,团组织的凝聚力下降,团员的先锋模范作用体现不够等。在当前形势下,为增强基层团组织的凝聚力和吸引力,应积极探索理论武装的有效途径,完善高校班级团学组织制度建设,开展形式多样的团学活动,推进大学生素质拓展教育,打造一支高素质班级团干部队伍。

Along with continual deepening in economy and education innovation in China, some weakness, such as dim of member consciousness, decrease of organization cohesion and insufficient embodiment of member pioneer example, in basic member organization construction in higher school. Currently, in order to strengthen cohesion and affinity of basic member organization, some measurements should be applied, such as searching for theory - armed effective ways, consummating classic - member organization construction system, developing various activities of member study, pushing education of undergraduate diathesis expansion and producing classic - member cadre troops with high diathesis
