摘要
教师管理制度是高校最重要的管理制度之一,目前我国高校教师管理制度存在理念及管理本质认识上的误区。良好的制度是取得良好治理效果的前提,一方面要建立充分尊重教师权利与自由的管理制度,另一方面契约化管理是实现教师权利自由与学校管理规制相平衡的有效方式。
The teachers' management system is one of the most important university management systems. At present, there are two kinds of misunderstandings in our teachers' management system, that is, the concept of human nature and management nature. Sound system is a prerequisite to achieve good govemance. So, one hand is to establish full respect for the rights and freedoms of teachers, and the other hand is to realize contract - based management that is an effective way to balance the freedoms of teachers and school administrations.
