摘要
以平衡计分卡为基础,构建一个包括财务、查新委托人、内部流程和学习与成长4大类指标的查新工作评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定各指标体系的权重。依据模糊理论,建立模糊综合评价模型,通过专家评分法研究对某科技查新工作站工作案例,验证科技查新工作绩效评价模型的可行性和有效性。
Based on the Balanced Scorecard, the author anstructs an index system which includzhg fcnancoal affairs, nov elty retrieoal client, internal processes, learning and personal groath four indicodors. The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine index weight. On the basis of fuzzy theory, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the combination of the expert evaluation method is built. The application example validates the feasibility and effectiveness of the performance evaluation model.
