螺旋藻类蛋白-有机醇复合防冻剂的制备研究

摘要 采用化学方法粗提取藻粉中的蛋白质,红外光谱测试证明存在特征基团。利用提取的藻蛋白与一定比例的乙二醇及非离子表面活性剂(椰子油二乙醇酰胺)制备复合防冻剂,用恒温可调冰箱研究其防冻性能。结果表明,该复合型防冻剂不仅具有较好的低温防冻性能,而且不同温度下防冻稳定性好。 Phycobiliprotein is extracted from algae powder by medical methods, and the existing of character radical is measured by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy. Then, a sort of multiplex-antifreeze mixed by phycobiliprotein, organic-alcohol and surfactant is prepared. What's more, the performance of antifreeze is researched by an adjustable refrigerator. The results show that the multiplex-antifreeze with phycobiliprotein and organic-alcohol has not only an outstanding performance of antifreezing effect at low-temperature, but also good antifreeze stability at different temperatures.
