不同泵浦条件下稀土Tm^(3+)的能量上转换发光

摘要 稀土离子的上转换发光由于其在短波长激光器等方面的潜在应用而受到了广泛重视,讨论了稀土LaF3∶Tm3+中的几种上转换发光机制,分析了其上转换发光的动力学过程、影响上转换效率的可能因素和不同条件下的激发光泵浦方式。 The upconverted luminescence of rare earth ions attractes extensive attention because of their potential applications in short-wave laser, etc. The various mechanisms of upconverted luminescence of LaF3 : Tm3+ are discussed, and the dynamics of the upconverted luminescence are analyzed. Meanwhile the possible factors and pump mode under different conditions, which affect the efficiency of upconversion are also analyzed.
