创新扩散理论与清华科技园空间扩散模式 被引量:3

摘要 通过对清华科技园的空间扩散模式进行探讨,指出科技园区的空间扩散实际上是两种或多种模式的组合,究竟采用何种模式,取决于自身条件、发展阶段、城市环境、政府推动、管理者理念等诸多因素,下一阶段清华科技园的空间扩散可能会以扩展扩散为主,向现有规划区内部及周边扩展,兼顾向条件突出的二三线城市扩散,即重点建设现有集群,扩散速度将放缓。 The paper discusses the spatial diffusion model of Tsinghua Science Park, presents that spatial diffusion of the science park is a complex of two or more patterns. Which pattern we chose depended on many factors such as its own qualifications, development phase, urban environment, promotion of government and Management concept. The paper puts forward in the next stage Tsinghua Science Park will expand in way of expansion diffusion, focusing on expanding existing subsidiary parks. Its expansion step is expected to slow down.
