技术创新导向下的知识管理模式及应用探究

Study on Technological Innovation-Oriented Knowledge Management Model and Application

知识管理伴随知识经济产生,以提高知识活动效率和效益为目的,是提高企业技术创新能力的有效方式。把知识管理与技术创新进行有机结合,将成为企业获取竞争优势的重要途径。本文在技术创新的分类的基础上,构建出三种知识管理模式,即集成创新导向下的知识管理模式、跟随创新导向下的知识管理模式以及原始创新导向下的知识管理模式,并运用知识管理理论对创新过程进行解释,以帮助企业有效的进行知识挖掘和创新,最后给出运用知识管理提高技术创新能力的具体操作方法。

On the basis of the classification of technological innovation, this article builds three types of knowledge management model, that is, the integrated innovation-oriented knowledge management model, the following innovation-oriented knowledge management model, and the original innovation-oriented knowledge management model. This paper applies knowledge management theory to explain the process of innovation, to help businesses with knowledge mining and innovating efficiently, finally gives the specific operation to improve the capacity of technological innovation by knowledge management.
