摘要
科技面向经济和社会发展,成为各国在进行战略决策时的选择。2008年爆发的全球金融危机和经济危机对各国科技发展带来了巨大的机遇和挑战,进而对各国科技发展战略的选择产生了深刻的影响。本文试图以法国为例探寻今天各国通过调整科技发展战略以应对经济危机的举措,这将对科技决策者制订经济全球化背景下的科技发展战略起到一定决策支撑作用。
S＆T, with the development of the economy and society today, has become the critical factor for making a strategic decision. The global economic crisis has brought great opportunities and challenges for the S＆T development of all countries, Which will deeply affect the S＆T strategy choice of various countries. The paper investigates the actions of France to cope with the crisis, which might be helpful for Chinese decision-makers to make S＆T development strategies in the context of economic globalization.
