摘要
目前,我国已开展数字化变电站的研究并建设试点站,但尚无统一的建设标准,各地数字化变电站的建设方案也不尽相同。阐述了数字化变电站的特点及优势,介绍了数字化变电站的设备、IEC 61850通信标准的应用情况及设计方案。根据国内数字化变电站试点实践,提出了建设数字化变电站时需要重点考虑和有待进一步完善的问题。
Now digital substation technology has been researched and pilot digital stations have been constructed in our country, but there is no unified construction standard for digital substation and the construction schemes are different in different places. The paper describes the features and advantages of digital substation, introduces the equipment, the application situation and design scheme of communication standard IEC 61850 for digital substation. Upon the practice of pilot digital substations, some problems which need focal consideration and further improvement for digital substation construction are presented.
