配电网合环操作决策支持系统的开发与研究

Development and Research of the Decision-making Supporting System for Closing Loop Operation in Distribution Network

为了保证配电网对用户的可靠供电和提高配电网运行的经济性,配电网的合环操作必不可少。针对吉林市地区配电网结构和频繁的停电切换负荷操作,开发了吉林市地区配电网合环操作决策支持系统。介绍了该决策系统的结构以及提供决策支持的潮流计算原理与方法。用决策系统对实例的分析表明,合环操作决策支持系统能为调度人员进行合环操作提供良好决策支持。

For ensuring the power supply of distribution network to customers reliably and improving the economy of distribution network operation, closing loop operation in distribution network is inevitable. In consideration of the structure and frequent operation of transferring load in Jilin city area, the closing loop decision-making support system for the distribution network of Jilin city area is developed. The structure as well as powerflow calculating principle and method of the decision-making support system are introduced. The analysis on example by this decision making support system shows that this system can offer good decision support for dispatching personnel.
