略论集大体院师资“断层”的对策

Cultiveation of Young Teachers in P.E Institute of Jimei University

通过对集美大学体育学院师资队伍年龄结构、职称结构，学历层次结构和思想认识以及1990～1995年部分科研成果分布统计分析，指出集美大学体育学院师资队伍的“断层”现象，并有针对性地提出了培养青年教师的一些措施。

By analyzing the structure of the teachers' age and education and making statisticalanalysis of the distribution of the scientific research results from 1990 to 1995, it was poiutedout that there existed the fault of teachers structure in the institute, and some measures for thecultivation of young teachers were set fortll at the same time.
