摘要
研究认为:中老年人,一旦离退休,难免产生孤独和失落感。克服这些不良情绪的有效方法是:改进思维,克服孤独与失落;广泛兴趣,摆脱孤独与失落,学会人际交往,忘却孤独与失落,老有所为,剔除孤独与失落;体育锻炼,熔化孤独与失落。
The study shows that the aged and middle-aged people will feel lonely and frustrated once they arel ritired. The effective way to overcome these emotiens is to improve their thinking ahilities, broaden their interests, learn to commcmicate with the othen people, continue to make contributions to the society and perform physical exercises.
