滇南某医院平战时期住院军人疾病谱分析

THE DISEASE SPECTRUM OF MILITARY INPATIENTS IN A HOSPITAL IN THE SOUTHERN YUNNAN

目的分析驻滇南部队平、战时期疾病发生的特点,为各级卫生管理部门提供参考,并为做好部队疾病防治工作提供依据。方法收集1979、1981、1984-1986年(战时)及2003-2007年(平时)2个阶段我院收治的军队住院患者资料,采用出院第一诊断,按ICD-9国际疾病分类编码进行分类排序,并进行对比分析。结果驻滇南地区部队战时住院排列前6位的系统疾病是:传染和寄生虫疾病、消化系统疾病、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病、感觉器官疾病、泌尿系统疾病,战时前6位的系统疾病占同时段住院军人例数的72.6%;平时住院前6位的系统疾病是:呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病、损伤和中毒、循环系统疾病、神经系统疾病,平时住院前6位的系统疾病占同时段军队住院例数的72.9%。结论疾病是平、战时时期影响官兵健康的重要因素,传染病、呼吸系统、消化系统疾病,以及损伤与中毒是滇南驻军的防治重点,同时也应加强泌尿系统疾病、循环系统疾病及皮肤病的防治工作。

Objective To analyse the characteristics of the disease spectrum of soldiers in southern Yunnan during peacetime and wartime,so as to provide scientific data for prevention and trentmtnt of diseases in the army.Methods The inpatients of a military hospital in wartime and peacetime were collected,then the disease spectrum was analysed and classified according to the international classification of diseases（ICD-9）.Results The Top six diseases of the military inpatients in the wartime were infection and parasitosis,digestive system disease,injury and poisoning,respiratory system disease,sensorium disease,and genitourinary system disease,and the number of these patients accounted for 72.6%,while those in the peacetime were respiratory system disease,digestive system disease,genitourinary system disease,injury and poisoning,circulatory system disease,infection and parasitosis,and accouted for 72.9%.Conclusion Infection,respiratory system disease,digestive system disease,injury and poisoning are the diseases be emphasized for prevention and treatment in southern Yunnan,and the prevention and treatment of genitourinary system disease,circulatory system disease,and dermatosis should also be strengthened.
