摘要
注重精神修养是道教最主要的养生术之一。道教所讲的精神修养主要是人的情志、意识、道德和性格等心理品质的陶冶和修炼,从而使人获得一种恬淡虚无的心境。为了修炼这种心境,道教养生家编创了许多修炼的方法,如守一、心斋、坐忘、止念、存思、内视及全真道法等,为人们的养生健身提供了借鉴。
Laying Stress on the formation of one's mind is one of the primary ways of Taoists'keeping in good health.The formation of one's mind mainly include the cultivation of psychological qualities in temperament and interest,consciousness,morality and personality so as to achieve a mental state of nihility and being indifferent to fame and gain.To cultivate this kind of mental state,Taoists have created various methods of cultivation such as concentrated attention,sitting while forgetting and self examination.These uaegs provide references for peeple's keeping in good health and body building.
