摘要
根据我国传统养生理论的观点,结合人体运动及针灸、气功修炼实践,对经络学说作了全面的剖析,提出:人体运动,经络通畅;经络既通,其形乃彰;经络失常,人体衰老;疏通经络,延年益寿等观点,为人们的运动健身和养生保健提供有益的借鉴。
In the light of the views of the theory of China's traditional means to keep in good health. and on the basis of the practice of body motion,acupuncture and moxibustion,and chikung cultivation,the paper made a complete analysis of view were advanced to us for reference for (?)ee(?)e's body building and keeping in good health,these points of viea mainly included that main and collateral channels would work well due to human motion;people woukd be in good health because of good work of their main and collateral channels;peeple would look aging when their channels were irregular;to make channels work well would promise longevity.
