摘要
以具有不同弯曲参数的周向弯曲动叶和同一径向静叶的组合为研究对象,采用数值计算工具进行了非定常模拟,分析了级间总压的脉动以及脉动的衰减过程;发现周向弯曲有利于级间流动掺混,使流场更均匀。通过相关分析精确捕捉不同周向弯曲动叶尾迹形状、传播过程,揭示出叶片周向弯曲参数和级间旋流对尾迹传播的影响。
Simulation of 3D eireunfferential skewed rotors' unsteady flow was presented. Rotor circumferential skewing, which has a positive influence on wake mixing .process, can accelerate decaying process of total pressure fluctuation. Skewing can also change the radial shape of the centerline of the rotor wake (wake profile)directly. At the same time, because of swirling flow between rotor and stator, wake profile is twisted.
