运动时肌氧含量无损伤测定与血乳酸变化关系 被引量:8

Nondamaging Measurement of Muscle-oxygen Content during Exercise and Relationship between Muscle-oxygen Content and Changes of Blood Lactic Acid

摘要 实验结果表明,进行12min递增负荷运动时,肌氧含量下降曲线与血乳酸上升曲线高度相关(r=0.983)。30s全力运动后,肌氧含量变化与最大功率输出具有较高的相关性(r=0.845),肌氧含量下降的最底临界值平均为O.D=-0.108±0.014。因此,运动时无论是长时间或短时间极星运动,肌氧都不会趋于零,可以科用肌氧含量变化曲线反映乳酸阈。同时,可以利用肌氧下降幅度反映最大功率输出。肌氧含量的无损伤检测为在运动实践中评定有氧代谢能力和无氧功率输出提供一个简便的方法。 The results of the experiment demonstrated that the curve of the decreasing muscle-oxygen content was related to that of the increasing blood lactic acid content during the 12min incremental load exercise testing (r=0. 983). After all-out exercise for 30s there was a high correlation between the changes of muscleoxygen content and the maxi-power output (r= 0. 845). The lowest critical value of the decreasing muscleoxygen content was O. D= 0. 108± 0. 014 averagely. Therefore, during maximal exercise, either long-time orshort-time, the muscle-oxygen content will not tend to become zero. So the lactic acid threshold can be reflected by the change of muscle-oxygen content. Meanwhile, the reducing amount of muscle-oxygen contentcan also be used to reflect maxi-power output, The nondamaging measurement of muscle-oxygen content is a simple and convenient method to be used to evaluate aerobic performance and anaerobic power output in exercise training practice.
